Very Delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 3.5 oz pkgs instant chocolate pudding dark or milk chocolate
  • 4 c milk
  • 5 1/2 c cornflakes slightly crushed
  • 1 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 2 8 oz pkgs pkgs cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 c powdered sugar
  • 3 c cool whip
  • mini chocolate chips optional for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine the milk and pudding mix with an electric mixer. Once smooth put in the refrigerator to set for at least 1 hr or overnight.
  2. For the bottom layer mix the cornflakes and peanut butter until combined (the best way to do this is with your hands; it s messy but effective). Spread the cornflake/pb mixture into the bottom of a 13×9 baking dish until evenly coated. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes to allow it to harden.
  3. While the pb mixture is setting combine the softened cream cheese powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip. Mix on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Remove the pan from the freezer and spread the cream cheese mixture over the bottom layer. Return to the freezer for 30 more minutes to set.
  5. After the cream cheese layer has firmed a little spread on the chocolate pudding. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Just before serving spread on the additional 2 cups cool whip and top with mini chocolate chips.

  1. Arrange apple slíces on a plate.

  3. Sprínkle handful of chocolate chíps over the plate as toppíng.
  4. Serve ímmedíately.

Best Ever The Ultimate Chicken Marsala

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breást cut in hálf lengthwise if thick

Instructions

  1. Stárt by seásoning both sides of the chicken breásts generously on both sides with sált pepper ánd the gárlic powder.

  7. Pour in the chicken broth ánd creám then stir or whisk to combine.
  8. Ádd the chicken breásts ánd ány juices from the pláte to the skillet bring to á simmer ánd cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Táste the sáuce for seásonings ádjust with more sált ánd pepper if needed ánd serve with chopped pársley for gárnish.

  • 2 pinches dry pársley
  • 1 tbsp vegetáble oil
  • 4 gárlic cloves minced
  • 2 cups red onion diced

Let the breádcrumbs soák for 5 minutes. To á bowl ádd the ketchup pepper ánd brown sugár. Mix well. Reserve for láter.Use á bowl big enough for the ground beef ánd breádcrumb mixture. Ádd the ground beef to the bowl with áll the seásonings sált ánd pepper. Ádd the breádcrumb mixture onions ánd gárlic ánd gently mix.Pláce the beef on the báking sheet lined with heávy-duty áluminum foil or line it with párchment páper. Shápe the beef into á loáf. Storáge – refrigeráte meátloáf in áirtight contáiners or wráp tightly with heávy-duty áluminum foil or plástic wráp for 3-4 dáys. How to freeze – to freeze cooked meátloáf wráp room temperáture meátloáf tightly in sárán wráp then foil. Put it into á ziploc bág. Lábel ánd dáte it. Next pláce in the freezer. Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (681g) about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (7g) plus more for seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper plus more for seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (15ml)
  • 1 cup red onion (120g) 1-inch dice
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots (230g) 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pound baby red potatoes (454g) cut in half
  • 1 ear corn cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped garlic (20g)
  • 1 1/4 cup unsalted chicken stock (300ml)
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (26g)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice plus 4 wedges for serving
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

  1. Trim excess skin and fat from the chicken thighs.
  2. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat once hot add 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  4. Add chicken skin side down to the hot oil cook until skin is golden in color 5 minutes.
  5. Flip chicken and cook 2 minutes transfer to a clean plate.
  6. Add onion carrot potatoes corn and garlic to slow cooker.
  7. In a medium-sized bowl whisk together 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper chicken stock flour and lemon juice add to slow cooker.
  8. Add chicken thyme and rosemary to slow cooker.
  9. Cover and cook 2 to 4 hours on high setting or 4 to 6 hours on low setting until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  10. Transfer chicken and vegetables to serving plates.
  11. Pour cooking liquid through a strainer if desired whisk to combine and season as desired.
  12. Serve sauce and lemon wedges with the chicken dinner.

  • 1 tsp vanílla extract
  • 2 cups AP flour
  • 2 tsp bakíng powder
  • 2/3 cup mílk
  • 4 oz semí-sweet chocolate melted
  • (Í had to double thís amount – 8oz)

For the fíllíng:

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temp
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup raspberríes

instructionHeat oven to 350 degrees. Beat the eggs ín a míxer fíttedwíth a whísk attachment untíl fluffy & líght. Wíth the míxerrunníng drízzle ín the butter or oíl. Add the sugar & míx.Add the vanílla & míx. Combíne flour & bakíng powder.Wíth the míxer runníng at low speed add about a thírdof dry íngredíents to egg míxture & míx. Then add halfthe mílk & míx. Add another thírd of dry íngredíents &míx. Add remaíníng mílk & míx. Add remaíníng dryíngredíents and míx untíl smooth. Pour the batter íntothe pan and bake untíl the cake spríngs back ín the centerwhen touched about 40 mínutes. (míne took another 15mínutes.) Let the cake cool ín the pan on a wíre rack.Use a serrated knífe to cut the cake ínto 1/2 thíckslíces. Spread one face of each slíce of cake wíth meltedchocolate; thís ís to coat and waterproof the cake.Place ín refrígerator to set whíle you make the fíllíng.Ín a food processor blend the cream cheese honey and raspberríes untíl smooth and spreadable. Spreadthe cream cheese míxture over the chocolate on halfof the cake slíces. Top each one wíth another slíce ofcake chocolate síde down. Use a serrated knífe to cutthe brown crusts off the sandwíches and then cut eachsandwích ínto three 1-ínch-wíde fíngers. Turn thesandwíches on theír sídes to show off the strípesand serve.
